Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we’re happy to make it right.
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- Your product arrived damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- Your package was never delivered
To request a return or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery:
Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo (if applicable)
Returns are only accepted for unopened, sealed items.
We do not refund shipping fees unless the issue was our error.
